Booking and Cancellation Terms

Booking

A booking is confirmed separately by email. Once confirmed, the booking is binding.

Cancellations

A booking may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the price of the booked session will be charged.

Late Arrival

The session begins at the scheduled booking time. Arriving late does not extend the booked session.

Payment

Payment is made by invoice after the session unless otherwise agreed.

Storage of Recordings

We retain recording projects for a limited period of time. We recommend downloading and storing your files as soon as possible.
